Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out the rules for using the SUPUP software platform. It is incorporated into the SaaS Terms of Service. You are responsible for your authorized users' compliance.

1. Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you and your users must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or in violation of applicable law.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages, or use the Service to facilitate such activity.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious or harmful code.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software, except where expressly permitted by law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure.
  • Circumvent or disable any security, authentication, rate-limiting, or usage-metering features.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly authorized in writing.
  • Use the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure or degrades the Service for other Customers.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

2. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that breaches this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
